Champaign man charged with taking car
URBANA – A Champaign man accused of taking an Urbana woman's car without her permission is due back in Champaign County Circuit Court on Sept. 9.
Christian Frazier, 18, of the 1600 block of Dobbins Drive, was charged Tuesday with possession of a stolen vehicle.
