Second Urbana man arraigned in apartment burglary case

URBANA – A second Urbana man is accused of an apartment burglary last month.

Harrison Burnett, 20, who listed an address in the 1600 block of Melrose Valley Court, was arraigned Tuesday on a Class 1 felony charge of residential burglary and a misdemeanor charge of trespassing.
